Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DryR Fruits & Vegetables, we ensure that your freeze-dried snacks are packed safely in airtight moisture-shield barrier pouches and shipped promptly across India.
1. Dispatch & Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with premier courier networks via Shiprocket Express (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees):
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India & Tier 2/3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days.
- North-East & Special Locations: 5 to 9 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders above ₹499 across India.
- Flat Shipping Fee: ₹50 flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing your Shiprocket Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Link. You can also track your shipment live on our Track Order Page.
5. Damaged or Tampered Outer Parcel
If the outer box or courier bag appears severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately inform us at fruitvegetables@dryrnet.com or call +91 94291 10317.
